The company Precise Group s.r.o., Mäsiarska 430/8, 040 01 Košice - Staré Mesto, Company ID (IČO): 51834651, as the operator of the website https://precisecatering.sk/ (hereinafter the “controller”), has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, the controller has a duty of transparency when processing your personal data. In connection with its activities, the controller processes personal data for various purposes, about which it informs you in more detail in the text below.

The controller processes your personal data in the following information systems:
The controller processes the personal data of data subjects for the purpose of processing accounting documents when establishing and performing pre-contractual and contractual relationships. Personal data are processed under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Data are processed in the following scope: name and surname or business name of the taxable person, the address of its registered office, place of business, establishment, residence or the place where it usually resides, and its tax identification number under which it supplied the goods or service, or the name and surname or business name of the recipient of the goods or service, the address of its registered office, place of business, establishment, residence or the place where it usually resides, its tax identification number under which the goods or service were supplied to it, and the bank account number of a natural person. Data subjects are persons who are obliged to pay for the service or goods offered.
Personal data are processed for a period of 10 years in accordance with applicable legislation.
To fulfil this purpose, the controller uses the services of a processor, an external accounting firm, with which it proceeds in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR to ensure procedures and the security of the data processed.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, is not carried out for this processing.
To improve the products and services provided jointly, personal data are processed by the companies Precise Group s.r.o., Company ID 51834651, Precise s.r.o., Company ID 46221506, FF1 s.r.o., Company ID 52422691, SMILE food s.r.o., Company ID 53021096 and Red Velvet Cakes s.r.o., Company ID 53024265 as joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR (hereinafter the “controller”) for the purpose of processing personal data for marketing communication.
We process your personal data for the purpose of sending current product news, i.e. newsletters.
You can subscribe to the newsletter separately by giving your consent on our website. In that case we will process your personal data, in the scope of your e-mail address, on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the link in the footer of the newsletter e-mail. If you do not withdraw your consent, we will process the personal data you provided for a maximum of 5 years from the granting of consent. After withdrawal, the record of consent is archived for 4 years (under Act No. 297/2025 Coll., amending Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended).
If you have been in a pre-contractual or contractual relationship with us in the past, or you are already our client, we will contact you with current product news (newsletters) without your consent, because this processing is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the promotion of our products and services, for which we use the personal data you provided to us as our client or prospective client when previously using our services. You may object to this processing at any time. We process your data for a maximum of 1 year from the end of the contractual relationship.
For marketing communication we use the services of a processor, a marketing platform focused on e-mailing.
Personal data are transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the EEA. The notice under Article 49(1)(a) of the GDPR set out in section 4 applies.
The joint controllers also jointly manage the online advertising of the PRECISE group brands. Data from marketing cookies (section 5) are used, solely on the basis of your consent, to evaluate advertising and to build advertising audiences in a shared advertising account, so an advertisement may be shown to you by any brand of the group. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings on the website.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, is not carried out for this processing.
The personal data of data subjects are processed via the contact form on the controller’s website for the purpose of responding to questions, suggestions and other requests. Personal data are processed under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The controller processes the personal data entered in the contact form on the basis of its legitimate interest, which is contacting the persons back on the basis of the data entered in the form.
Personal data are processed in the following scope: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and any other details you enter in the form (company name, event details). Data subjects are persons who contacted the controller via the contact form.
Personal data are processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose, but for no longer than 3 months from the use of the contact form.
If you have consented to analytics or marketing cookies on the website, information about the source of your visit (e.g. an advertisement or a search engine) is also attached to your enquiry in order to evaluate the controller’s marketing communication.
To fulfil this purpose, the controller uses the services of processors (external IT services), with which it proceeds in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR to ensure procedures and the security of the data processed.
Personal data are not transferred to third countries. Personal data are not published. Automated individual decision-making, including profiling, is not carried out.
The controller, together with the companies Precise Group s.r.o., FF1 s.r.o., Red Velvet Cakes s.r.o. and SMILE food s.r.o., act as joint controllers (hereinafter the “controller”) for the purpose of processing personal data for the positive promotion of themselves and their activities.
The controller publishes photographs and audiovisual recordings capturing data subjects on its website, its social media and, where applicable, other media (including print) for the purpose of positive promotion and for the documentation and presentation of its activities. Personal data are processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. In that case, photographs and audiovisual recordings capturing the person who withdrew consent will no longer be processed or published. Data are processed for the duration of the consent, but for no longer than 5 years.
This processing involves the transfer of personal data to third countries, because the controller uses social networks, namely Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, to publish photographs and audiovisual recordings.

*consent is always voluntary and unconditional; even if the data subject does not give it, they can still visit and use the websites, online services and products to the extent that cookies are not required for their functionality and accessibility. If the use of cookies is disabled or restricted, this may affect the functionality and accessibility of the controller’s websites and services, and all or some of the services may not be fully functional or accessible.
Necessary cookies are temporary and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Other types of cookies are persistent and remain on your device until they expire, but for no longer than 13 months, or until you delete them yourself. As a visitor you can delete cookies at any time, whether they are persistent or temporary.
The controller uses third-party services on its websites, such as Google Analytics or Meta marketing tools. To use these services, the controller loads third-party code which may require cookies to be stored for full functionality. This results in the acceptance of third-party cookies. If you accept the use of third-party cookies, your data may be transferred to countries outside the EEA (e.g. the USA, China).

We record consent to cookies given or refused in order to demonstrate consent under Article 7(3) of the GDPR (consent ID, date and time, policy version, selected categories, IP address with the last octet zeroed), without name or e-mail, for 2 years.

The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to the personal data processed about them, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure or restriction of processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making including profiling, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Where the controller processes personal data on the basis of the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject may exercise their rights by e-mail to the controller’s address or in writing to the controller’s address. Requests of data subjects are handled individually by a person designated by the controller.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint / a motion to initiate proceedings with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 4826/12, 820 07 Bratislava – Ružinov, tel. +421 /2/ 3231 3214, e-mail statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk, https://dataprotection.gov.sk, if they believe that their rights in the field of personal data protection have been violated.
